United States Releases Joint Statement For Afghans Nationals

Latest reports have been coming in from the situation which has been aising in Afghanistan which has caused havoc among various countries.  

According to reports coming in a joint statement has been released by US Department of State which has stated that given the deteriorating security situation, we support, are working to secure.

We call upon all parties to respect and facilitate, safe and orderly departure of foreign nationals and Afghans who wish to leave the country according to Joint statement released by US Department of State.

The statement further stated that those in positions of power and authority across Afghanistan bear responsibility and accountability for the protection of human life and property, and for the immediate restoration of security and civil order.

As per reports Afghans and international citizens who wish to depart must be allowed to do so.  The roads, airports border crossing must remain open and calm must be maintained. 

Afghan people deserve to live in safety, security and dignity. We stand ready to assist them as per the statement of US.

Media and Entertainment sector lower downs 24% in 2020 despite last-quarter rebound

  India's media and entertainment (M&E) sector lower downed 24% to Rs1.38 trillion in 2020 due to the corona-virus pandemic. The contractions came despite a rebound in the last-quarter. The M&E sector is supposed to expand 25% to Rs1.73 trillion in 2021 and compound annual growth rate of 13.7% to Rs2.23 trillion by 2023, according to a joint report by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry(Ficci) and EY, finance consulting firm.  While advertisement revenues dropped 25% to 19,900 crore and subscriptions fell 20% to 15,400 crores. Digital advertisement remained unchanged, but print (Rs 8,400 crore) and television (Rs 6,900 crore) advertising saw the steepest declines. The only segments that rose in 2020 were digital and online gaming, which added a total of Rs 2,600 crore and their contribution to the M&E sector rose from 16% in 2019 to 23% in 2020.
