Latest reports have been coming in from Uttar Pradesh where in a major decision the Uttar Pradesh Congress Committee has asked its candidates to deposit rupees 11000.
According to reports coming in from Uttar Pradesh Congress Committee President Ajay Kumar Lallu has asked party ticket seekers to donate Rs 11000 along with their applications for the Assembly polls, till Sept 25.
