As per reports from Jammu and Kashmir where Cyclist Adil Teli created a Guinness Book of World Record for the fastest Kashmir to Kanyakumari journey on cycle.
According to cyclist Adil teli while speaking to ANI has said that I started my journey on March 22. I had taken training in Amritsar, Punjab for 6 months before the ride.
According to Adil he used to train himself rigorously for this record.
I would like to thank the UT administration for especially opening the new Banihal-Qazigund tunnel for me. I faced many difficulties during the journey but I was determined to break the record.
I completed the distance in and days, 1 hour and 37 minutes and set a new world record said Adil Teli to ANI.
