    Secretary Of MeitY Speaks At UNGA event "From Open Software to Open Society"

    Latest reports have been coming in from UNGA event where secretary of MeitY at UNGA event "From Open Software to Open Society" has said that strengthened technological cooperation between member states through transfer of technology.

    The Secretary further added that capacity building is key to deliver on promises of sustainable development. 

    India has been sharing its experience and expertise according to Secretary, MeitY at UNGA event.

    In June of 2021, UPI enabled 2.8 Bn transactions, that moved up to 3.2 Bn in July, 2021 and 3.55 Bn in August, 2021. 

    UPI has brought an unprecedented level of mobile-based access to low-cost banking & payment services as per Ajay Prakash Sawhney, Secretary, MeitY.
