UNGA 6th Committee (Legal) Meeting India Demands Measures To Eliminate International Terrorism

Latest reports have been coming in from UNGA meeting where India has reiterated the need for early finalization of draft Comprehensive Convention on International Terrorism (CCIT), piloted in 1996 by India.

According to the reports India has strongly urge states to unite in our efforts and end this stalemate of preventing the adoption of CCIT as per India at UNGA.

India piloted the CCIT draft to provide a comprehensive legal framework to combat terrorism.
