According to reports CM has said that as per protocol, whenever a judicial commission is constituted the panel submits its report to govt and with an action-taken report.
As per reports, it should be tabled at legislative assembly according to Chhattisgarh CM on 2013 Jhiram Valley Naxal attack report submitted to Governor by the inquiry commission.
Chhattisgarh CM Bhupesh Baghel in Raipur further added that this protocol was not followed. Why the panel suddenly handed over the report to the Governor when the panel told us that report is not completed yet?
He has further stated that we didn't get any info that the report is being submitted to the Governor.
We got the info only through media according to Chhattisgarh CM Bhupesh Baghel added on the 2013 Jhiram Valley Naxal attack report submitted to Governor by the inquiry commission.
