    President Ram Nath Kovind Presents Padma Shri To Ladakh's Chhultim Chhonjor For Social Work

    Latest reports have been coming in from President office which has shared that today President Ram Nath Kovind today has presented Padma Shri to Ladakh's Chhultim Chhonjor for Social Work. 

    According to the reports coming in he has single-handedly constructed a 40-km stretch of NPD road from Ramjak to Kargyak village in Ladakh according to sources coming in from Rashtrapati Bhavan.
