According to reports coming in from BSF where a drone was sighted in Gurdaspur sector near the International Border.
According to reports the Chinese-made drone was "detected and downed" near the Wan border post in the Ferozepur sector, it said in a statement.
However it has been reported that BSF personnel fired 5 rounds after the patrolling team heard a humming sound but it managed to return to Pakistan territory.
According to sources the black colour flying object was shot at a distance of about 300 metres from the international border and 150 metres from the border fence, the BSF said.
According to sources coming in from BSF the incident was reported at 1230am on Monday, says a senior BSF officer.
