Prathik Mathur, Counsellor in India's Permanent Mission to UN Speaks On Use Of Nuclear Weapons

Latest reports have been coming in from UNSC meeting being held in Syria where Prathik Mathur, Counsellor in India's Permanent Mission to UN has expressed countries stand on the use of nuclear weapons.

According to reports Prathik Mathur, Counsellor in India's Permanent Mission to UN has said that India has been repeatedly cautioning against the possibility of terrorist entities and individuals gaining access to chemical weapons.

India is against use of chemical weapons by anybody, anywhere, at any time and under any circumstances. 

We have consistently maintained that any probe into use of chemical weapons must be impartial, credible and objective according to Prathik Mathur, Counsellor in India's Permanent Mission to UN while speaking in Syria.
