Various US Dignatories Extends Deep Condolences To The Deaths In Chopper Crash

Latest reports have been coming in from the United States of America where Pentagon Press Secy John Kirby extended his deepest condolences on behalf of US government.

According to reports he has extended his deep condolences to the Rawat family, the Indian military, and the people of India after the tragic death of Chief of Defense Staff General Bipin Rawat in a helicopter crash... and the families of the other victims of the crash as per Pentagon Press Secy John Kirby.

According to reports US Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen Mark Milley has also shared his condolences and has said that we are deeply saddened by the loss of CDS Gen Bipin Rawat and others who died in the crash. 

He made lasting impact on the Indian military and reinforced our strong military-to-military relationship between US and India according to US Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen Mark Milley.

Media and Entertainment sector lower downs 24% in 2020 despite last-quarter rebound

  India's media and entertainment (M&E) sector lower downed 24% to Rs1.38 trillion in 2020 due to the corona-virus pandemic. The contractions came despite a rebound in the last-quarter. The M&E sector is supposed to expand 25% to Rs1.73 trillion in 2021 and compound annual growth rate of 13.7% to Rs2.23 trillion by 2023, according to a joint report by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry(Ficci) and EY, finance consulting firm.  While advertisement revenues dropped 25% to 19,900 crore and subscriptions fell 20% to 15,400 crores. Digital advertisement remained unchanged, but print (Rs 8,400 crore) and television (Rs 6,900 crore) advertising saw the steepest declines. The only segments that rose in 2020 were digital and online gaming, which added a total of Rs 2,600 crore and their contribution to the M&E sector rose from 16% in 2019 to 23% in 2020.
