CM Ashok Gehlot Shares His Statements Over 'Removal Of Difficulties Act' By Banks

Latest reports have been coming in from Rajasthan, Dausa where farmers protest in Jaipur outside CM Ashok Gehlot's residence against Rajasthan government's direction to stop auctioning of agricultural land of a farmer.

According to reports this auctioning of agricultural land was done under 'Removal of Difficulties Act' by banks if farmers are unable to pay off their loans.

According to the reports Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot also has issued directions to stop auctioning of agricultural land under the 'Removal of Difficulties Act' by banks if farmers can't pay off their loans.

According to the reports Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot further stated that we had passed a bill in Rajsthan Assembly that barred the auction of up to 5 acres of land. 

We had sent it to the Governor, who, I believe, sent it to the Union Home Ministry. If this Bill becomes a law, no Tehsildar would dare take such a step according to Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot.
