Land Auctioned And Later Settlement Of Loan Amount Done By Bank Felicitated

Latest reports have been coming in from Rajasthan where a farmer land was auctioned yesterday for non payment of loan amount in Dausa district in Rajasthan.

According to reports coming in a farmer's land was auctioned yesterday in Ramgarh Pachwara village of Dausa for non-payment of the loan amount 

According to Pappu Lal, farmer's son my father had taken a loan and he is dead now. We were unable to repay it and requested bank but they denied to give any chance.

According to Mithlesh Meena, SDM while speaking to ANI said that the farmer had taken a loan from Rajasthan Marudhara Gramin Bank but failed to re-pay it. Bank also called them for settlement but they didn't appear, so as per law their land was auctioned.

Later the process of auction of the land of a farmer, who could not repay loan to a bank, has been cancelled. 

And instead a settlement process between the farmer and the bank is being facilitated according to Dausa ADM RK Meena.

As per Ram Prasad Bairwa, Junior Assistant, Revenue Department before the 15 bigha of land was auctioned for Rs 46 lakh.

Media and Entertainment sector lower downs 24% in 2020 despite last-quarter rebound

  India's media and entertainment (M&E) sector lower downed 24% to Rs1.38 trillion in 2020 due to the corona-virus pandemic. The contractions came despite a rebound in the last-quarter. The M&E sector is supposed to expand 25% to Rs1.73 trillion in 2021 and compound annual growth rate of 13.7% to Rs2.23 trillion by 2023, according to a joint report by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry(Ficci) and EY, finance consulting firm.  While advertisement revenues dropped 25% to 19,900 crore and subscriptions fell 20% to 15,400 crores. Digital advertisement remained unchanged, but print (Rs 8,400 crore) and television (Rs 6,900 crore) advertising saw the steepest declines. The only segments that rose in 2020 were digital and online gaming, which added a total of Rs 2,600 crore and their contribution to the M&E sector rose from 16% in 2019 to 23% in 2020.
