Statement Of Sheikh Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister Of Foreign Affairs And International Cooperation

Latest reports have been coming in from United Arab Emirates where Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, UAE Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation has said that we condemn Houthi militia's targeting of civilian areas.

The Minister has further stated that these attacks have been hampering the facilities on UAE soil today. We reiterate that those responsible for this unlawful targeting of our country will be held accountable.

According to reports Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, UAE Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation stated this while giving his views on the attacks yesterday.

He has further stated that UAE reserves right to respond to these terrorist attacks and criminal escalation.

Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, UAE Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation on Houthi militia attack in Abu Dhabi has been describing them as crimes committed in flagrant violation of international law.

Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation statement further reads that the ministry called on the international community to strongly condemn and denounce these terrorist acts that target civilians and civilian facilities.

Media and Entertainment sector lower downs 24% in 2020 despite last-quarter rebound

  India's media and entertainment (M&E) sector lower downed 24% to Rs1.38 trillion in 2020 due to the corona-virus pandemic. The contractions came despite a rebound in the last-quarter. The M&E sector is supposed to expand 25% to Rs1.73 trillion in 2021 and compound annual growth rate of 13.7% to Rs2.23 trillion by 2023, according to a joint report by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry(Ficci) and EY, finance consulting firm.  While advertisement revenues dropped 25% to 19,900 crore and subscriptions fell 20% to 15,400 crores. Digital advertisement remained unchanged, but print (Rs 8,400 crore) and television (Rs 6,900 crore) advertising saw the steepest declines. The only segments that rose in 2020 were digital and online gaming, which added a total of Rs 2,600 crore and their contribution to the M&E sector rose from 16% in 2019 to 23% in 2020.
