Clash Broke Out Between Local Leaders In Punjab Ludhiana

Latest reports have been coming in from Ludhiana where a major incident has been reported from local area.

According to sources coming in from local police which has reported an alleged clash that had broken out between the supporters of Congress’ Kamaljit Singh Karwal and Lok Insaaf Party's Simarjit Bains, last night.

According to local police this clash was a result of misunderstanding for the the local leaders for or Punjab polls.

As per sources Karwal alleged that Bains attacked, fired at his convoy. As per sources from Ravicharan Singh, Jt CP Rural, Ludhiana who has stated that action is to be taken in the matter.

Media and Entertainment sector lower downs 24% in 2020 despite last-quarter rebound

  India's media and entertainment (M&E) sector lower downed 24% to Rs1.38 trillion in 2020 due to the corona-virus pandemic. The contractions came despite a rebound in the last-quarter. The M&E sector is supposed to expand 25% to Rs1.73 trillion in 2021 and compound annual growth rate of 13.7% to Rs2.23 trillion by 2023, according to a joint report by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry(Ficci) and EY, finance consulting firm.  While advertisement revenues dropped 25% to 19,900 crore and subscriptions fell 20% to 15,400 crores. Digital advertisement remained unchanged, but print (Rs 8,400 crore) and television (Rs 6,900 crore) advertising saw the steepest declines. The only segments that rose in 2020 were digital and online gaming, which added a total of Rs 2,600 crore and their contribution to the M&E sector rose from 16% in 2019 to 23% in 2020.
