Husband And Wife Arrested In Thane For Non Payment Of CGST By Thane Commissionerate

Latest reports have been coming in from the economic state of the country Maharashtra where offices of CGST, Thane Commission have a registered one husband and wife for non payment of GST for more than a year.

According to reports coming in from Mumbai where officers of CGST Thane Commissionerate arrested husband-wife who were partners of a firm.

As per sources both husband and wife have been arrested for collection but non payment of GST of Rs 12.23 Cr for more than a year, on manpower supply to big companies. 

According to the sources both husband and wife have been remanded to 14 days Judicial Custody by magistrate on Feb 3 as per Thane Commissionerate.
