Delhi Finance Minister And Deputy CM Manish Sisodia Presents Rozgar Budget In The Assembly

Latest reports have been coming in from the national capital of the country New Delhi where today Delhi Finance Minister and Deputy CM Manish Sisodia in the Assembly will be presenting Rozgar Budget.

According to reports Delhi Finance Minister and Deputy CM Manish Sisodia in the Assembly  are presenting 'Rozgaar Budget' which aims to accelerate economic welfare.

According to the reports through 'Rozgaar budget' we aim to generate 20 lakh more jobs in the next five years according to Delhi Finance Minister and Deputy CM Manish Sisodia.

We have a target of expanding the working population in Delhi by creating 20 lakh jobs in the retail sector, food and beverage, logistics, travel and tourism, real estate and green energy as per Delhi Finance Minister Manish Sisodia. 

According to the reports Delhi Finance Minister and Deputy CM Manish Sisodia in the Assembly said we are bringing a scheme for innovating Delhi's retail markets. 


He has further stated that we will invite people from abroad and conduct a Delhi shopping festival. 

He has said that further, to connect the shopkeepers with customers we will develop Delhi Bazaar portal according Delhi Finance Minister Manish Sisodia.

Media and Entertainment sector lower downs 24% in 2020 despite last-quarter rebound

  India's media and entertainment (M&E) sector lower downed 24% to Rs1.38 trillion in 2020 due to the corona-virus pandemic. The contractions came despite a rebound in the last-quarter. The M&E sector is supposed to expand 25% to Rs1.73 trillion in 2021 and compound annual growth rate of 13.7% to Rs2.23 trillion by 2023, according to a joint report by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry(Ficci) and EY, finance consulting firm.  While advertisement revenues dropped 25% to 19,900 crore and subscriptions fell 20% to 15,400 crores. Digital advertisement remained unchanged, but print (Rs 8,400 crore) and television (Rs 6,900 crore) advertising saw the steepest declines. The only segments that rose in 2020 were digital and online gaming, which added a total of Rs 2,600 crore and their contribution to the M&E sector rose from 16% in 2019 to 23% in 2020.
