Recruitment Drive For Women In Ladakh For The Post Of Constable

Latest reports have been coming in from Ladakh where a recruitment drive was organised for the post of constables in Ladakh police only for women.

According to reports coming in women participated in large numbers in this recruitment drive which has been organised in Leh for the posts of constables in the Ladakh Police.

According to the reports coming in from Stanzin Norboo, AIG who while stating to ANI has said that we have received 4500 applications from Leh. 

According to the reports in, on the first day, we called female applicants and in the next 2 days, we will call male applicants according to Stanzin Norboo, AIG.

Media and Entertainment sector lower downs 24% in 2020 despite last-quarter rebound

  India's media and entertainment (M&E) sector lower downed 24% to Rs1.38 trillion in 2020 due to the corona-virus pandemic. The contractions came despite a rebound in the last-quarter. The M&E sector is supposed to expand 25% to Rs1.73 trillion in 2021 and compound annual growth rate of 13.7% to Rs2.23 trillion by 2023, according to a joint report by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry(Ficci) and EY, finance consulting firm.  While advertisement revenues dropped 25% to 19,900 crore and subscriptions fell 20% to 15,400 crores. Digital advertisement remained unchanged, but print (Rs 8,400 crore) and television (Rs 6,900 crore) advertising saw the steepest declines. The only segments that rose in 2020 were digital and online gaming, which added a total of Rs 2,600 crore and their contribution to the M&E sector rose from 16% in 2019 to 23% in 2020.
