Indore Police Nabs A Gang And Recovered 150 Kg Of Brown Sugar Worth Crores

Latest reports have been coming in from the heart of the country Madhya Pradesh where Indore Police have busted a gang who have been selling brown sugar.

According to reports coming in from Madhya Pradesh where in Indore's Chandan Nagar Police busted a gang selling brown sugar.

According to sources around 150 kg of goods have been seized which is worth more than 15 crores.

As per sources Rs 4 lakh in cash and a note counting machine was also recovered from them. 

However, according to ADCP Prashant Choubey in Indore five people have been arrested so far and investigation is underway to nab other suspects involved in the case.

Media and Entertainment sector lower downs 24% in 2020 despite last-quarter rebound

  India's media and entertainment (M&E) sector lower downed 24% to Rs1.38 trillion in 2020 due to the corona-virus pandemic. The contractions came despite a rebound in the last-quarter. The M&E sector is supposed to expand 25% to Rs1.73 trillion in 2021 and compound annual growth rate of 13.7% to Rs2.23 trillion by 2023, according to a joint report by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry(Ficci) and EY, finance consulting firm.  While advertisement revenues dropped 25% to 19,900 crore and subscriptions fell 20% to 15,400 crores. Digital advertisement remained unchanged, but print (Rs 8,400 crore) and television (Rs 6,900 crore) advertising saw the steepest declines. The only segments that rose in 2020 were digital and online gaming, which added a total of Rs 2,600 crore and their contribution to the M&E sector rose from 16% in 2019 to 23% in 2020.
