NIA Files Chargesheet Against 11 Accused In Jharkhand

Latest reports have been coming in from National Investigation Agency which has filed a charge sheet in Jharkhand.

According to the reports coming in NIA has filed a charge sheet in Jharkhand against 11 accused persons.

According to the reports coming and this charge sheet has been filed in the case of pilferage of arms and ammunition and supply to terrorist organisations in Jharkhand.

However, till now further investigation is also underway. And interrogation has still been going on in this case from the 11 accused to further lead the case.

Media and Entertainment sector lower downs 24% in 2020 despite last-quarter rebound

  India's media and entertainment (M&E) sector lower downed 24% to Rs1.38 trillion in 2020 due to the corona-virus pandemic. The contractions came despite a rebound in the last-quarter. The M&E sector is supposed to expand 25% to Rs1.73 trillion in 2021 and compound annual growth rate of 13.7% to Rs2.23 trillion by 2023, according to a joint report by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry(Ficci) and EY, finance consulting firm.  While advertisement revenues dropped 25% to 19,900 crore and subscriptions fell 20% to 15,400 crores. Digital advertisement remained unchanged, but print (Rs 8,400 crore) and television (Rs 6,900 crore) advertising saw the steepest declines. The only segments that rose in 2020 were digital and online gaming, which added a total of Rs 2,600 crore and their contribution to the M&E sector rose from 16% in 2019 to 23% in 2020.
