According to reports the accident has occurred when a best fell into deep gorge. A total number of 30 people were on board when the bus fell into gorge.
The administration has carried out rescue operation after that and an ex gratia payment of Rs 2 lakh for the next of the killed and Rs 50 Thousand to those who are injured have been announced by the Government of India.
According to sources the search and rescue operation has now been concluded. A total of 26 people died in the accident and 4 are injured.
However, the injured have been sent to Higher Centre for their treatment as reported by the Uttarakhand Police.
The bus had a total of 30 people, including 28 pilgrims.
