1 Dead, 25 Injured As Bus Falls From Flyover In Uttar Pradesh

One passenger was killed and 25 others injured when a road bus traveling from Delhi to Farrukhabad fell off a flyover in Uttar Pradesh's Aligarh district on Friday, police said.
According to the police, the accident happened in the morning when the bus driver lost control of the steering wheel.

Superintendent of Police (City) Kuldeep Singh told reporters that one passenger died on the spot, while the condition of five of the 25 injured passengers remains critical.

The seriously injured were admitted to the medical faculty, SP said.

Media and Entertainment sector lower downs 24% in 2020 despite last-quarter rebound

  India's media and entertainment (M&E) sector lower downed 24% to Rs1.38 trillion in 2020 due to the corona-virus pandemic. The contractions came despite a rebound in the last-quarter. The M&E sector is supposed to expand 25% to Rs1.73 trillion in 2021 and compound annual growth rate of 13.7% to Rs2.23 trillion by 2023, according to a joint report by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry(Ficci) and EY, finance consulting firm.  While advertisement revenues dropped 25% to 19,900 crore and subscriptions fell 20% to 15,400 crores. Digital advertisement remained unchanged, but print (Rs 8,400 crore) and television (Rs 6,900 crore) advertising saw the steepest declines. The only segments that rose in 2020 were digital and online gaming, which added a total of Rs 2,600 crore and their contribution to the M&E sector rose from 16% in 2019 to 23% in 2020.
