Urban Bodies Plays Important Role: Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Thakur Mandi

Latest reports have been coming in form Himachal Pradesh where Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Thakur Mandi on panchayati Raj cell training program has said that our elected representatives of Panchayati Raj institutions and urban bodies play a very important role. 

Being a public representative, they get an opportunity to work among the people of the state according to CM Jairam Thakur, Mandi on Panchayati Raj Cell Training Program.

However according to the Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh as the beneficiaries of various schemes of the central government and state government should reach the public. 

We had discussions to ensure that the money received from the central and state government is used properly for development works according to Himachal Pradesh CM Jai Ram Thakur, Mandi while speaking to ANI.

Media and Entertainment sector lower downs 24% in 2020 despite last-quarter rebound

  India's media and entertainment (M&E) sector lower downed 24% to Rs1.38 trillion in 2020 due to the corona-virus pandemic. The contractions came despite a rebound in the last-quarter. The M&E sector is supposed to expand 25% to Rs1.73 trillion in 2021 and compound annual growth rate of 13.7% to Rs2.23 trillion by 2023, according to a joint report by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry(Ficci) and EY, finance consulting firm.  While advertisement revenues dropped 25% to 19,900 crore and subscriptions fell 20% to 15,400 crores. Digital advertisement remained unchanged, but print (Rs 8,400 crore) and television (Rs 6,900 crore) advertising saw the steepest declines. The only segments that rose in 2020 were digital and online gaming, which added a total of Rs 2,600 crore and their contribution to the M&E sector rose from 16% in 2019 to 23% in 2020.
