Bhopal: Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that the state has got the responsibility of organising the 17th Pravasi Bharatiya Divas and convention.
CM Chouhan was discussing with the chapter leaders and active members of Friends of MP in different countries regarding Pravasi Bharatiya Divas and convention through VC. During this, chapter leaders from different countries expressed their eagerness to come to Indore with more and more members.
This conference is going to be held in Indore from January 8 to 10. This will be followed by the Global Investors Summit. President Draupadi Murmu and Prime Minister Narendra Modi have also given their consent to visit Indore.
Deputy Mayor of London Rajesh Agarwal said that Madhya Pradesh is his birth place. He said this opportunity has come in twenty years when Pravasi Bharatiya Sammelan is being held in Madhya Pradesh, everyone together will make it successful.
Talks will be held on bilateral cooperation with various countries: The Madhya Pradesh government will also hold talks on bilateral cooperation with various countries on the occasion of the conference.
The Chief Guest of the Pravasi Bharatiya Sammelan will be Dr. Mohamed Irfan Ali, President of Guyana.
Business leaders, eminent personalities will attend: CM Chouhan said that many business leaders will come for Pravasi Bharatiya Divas and conferences. Various personalities including Nobel Prize winning personalities, eminent doctors, writers will also come. Delightful cultural programmes will be presented.
Special art and culture of Malwa will be showcased: The special art and culture of Malwa will be showcased in the conference. Invited representatives will also have darshan of Shri Mahakal Lok in Ujjain.
