Agra: The first case of corona has been found in Agra. Corona has been confirmed in a youth who returned from China. The youth had returned from China two days ago. Corona was tested at a private lab. After the corona report came positive, the Health Department team has reached the youth's house.
A 40-year-old man from Shahganj area had gone to China. He returned to Agra on 23 December. Here he underwent corona test at a private lab. On Sunday, when the corona report came positive, the health department was informed by the private lab.
The people who came in contact with him will also be investigated. Rapid Response Team has been sent to the man's house. CMO Dr. Arun Srivastava told that the RRT team has reached the corona infected patient's house.
Minister inspects genome sequencing machine in MP
Meanwhile, Madhya Pradesh government has come into active mode even before the arrival of new variant of Corona virus BF.7. Medical Education Minister Vishwas Kailash Sarang inspected the genome sequencing machine at the State Virology Laboratory located at Gandhi Medical College, Bhopal o. He informed that the machine for genome sequencing has been fully installed. In this, genome sequencing of 96 positive samples can be done at one go. Minister Sarang gave instructions to streamline all the arrangements regarding genome sequencing.
