Rahul Gandhi in Leh-Ladakh Targets Centre… Said Chinese Army Entered Ladakh Area

Congress MP Rahul Gandhi reached Leh-Ladakh and paid tribute to his father late Rajiv Gandhi on his birth anniversary. 

After this Rahul Gandhi gave a big statement. Rahul Gandhi said that the matter of concern here is that China has taken away India's land. Many locals have said this. The Chinese army has entered the area. People say that China has taken away their pastureland. While the Prime Minister says that not an inch of land has been taken away, but this is not true. Rahul Gandhi said that you can ask anyone here about this.

People of RSS are running everything

At the same time, Rahul Gandhi also took a jibe at the RSS and said that the people of the RSS are running everything. Even if someone asks any minister of the central government, they will tell that they are not actually running their ministry. Rather, the OSD appointed by the RSS is running the department. OSD is doing everything. They are running everything in every institution and department.

People of Ladakh are not happy with the status of special state

Rahul Gandhi further said that the people of Ladakh had many complaints. They are not happy with the status they have been given. In fact, they want representation. There is a serious unemployment problem in this area. People are saying that bureaucracy cannot run the state. The state should be run by the voice of the people.

Earlier, Rahul Gandhi had also taken a bike ride from Leh to Pangong Lake in Ladakh on Saturday, on the eve of his father late Rajiv Gandhi's birth anniversary. Rahul Gandhi also shared many pictures of his bike journey from Leh to Pangong on his social media account. Rahul shared pictures with the caption on his way to Pangong Lake which his father used to say… it is one of the most beautiful places in the world.

This is Rahul Gandhi's first visit to the region after the bifurcation of Jammu and Kashmir in August 2019 and making Ladakh a union territory along with Jammu and Kashmir. Rahul Gandhi can also visit Kargil next week.

Rahul Gandhi became emotional remembering his father

Former PM late Rajiv Gandhi's birth anniversary is on 20th August. In such a situation, tributes were paid across the country. Rahul Gandhi paid tribute to his father Rajiv Gandhi on his birth anniversary from the banks of Pangong Tso in Ladakh. He became emotional while remebering his father.

Rahul can also go to Kargil

Rahul Gandhi will take night rest in Nubra Valley. They are leaving on Sunday by bike. On the way, Rahul Gandhi can meet local businessmen including farmers and common people as well. Rahul Gandhi will return to Leh on Monday. 

Although Congress leaders in Leh say this tour is their non-political tour. It has nothing to do with next year's parliamentary elections, but Rahul Gandhi was warmly received by party workers upon his arrival on Thursday. 

Rahul Gandhi held a meeting with Congress party colleagues and interacted with youth, besides watching a football match between two local clubs. Congress spokesperson said that Rahul Gandhi may visit Kargil district on Monday and Tuesday. He is likely to interact with party workers and people, especially the youths there.
