MP Election 2023: The upcoming assembly elections in Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh have generated considerable enthusiasm. Political leaders are actively engaged in campaigning in Madhya Pradesh, with various rallies and public meetings taking place.

Today on 8 November Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to address an election gathering in Damoh to woo the voters of the Bundelkhand region. Simultaneously, Union Minister Smriti Irani will be campaigning in Chhindwara and Jabalpur in Mahakaushal.

With only one week remaining in the election campaign, political parties are exerting maximum effort to secure or retain power. Senior BJP leaders, including PM Modi and Amit Shah, are campaigning in Madhya Pradesh.

Notably, prominent figures such as UP CM Yogi Adityanath, former CM Akhilesh Yadav from Samajwadi party, and Mayawati from BSP addressed election meetings in the state recently.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi's itinerary includes landing at Khajuraho Airport from Delhi at 10:30 am. He will then travel to Damoh by helicopter, where he will deliver an election rally from 11:30 am to 12:10 pm. Subsequently, he will proceed to Guna from Damoh to address another election rally from 1:45 pm to 2:25 pm.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi's final election rally will take place in Morena at 4 pm. At 4:45 pm, Modi will depart from Morena by helicopter, heading to Gwalior airport. From there, he will depart for Delhi by a special plane at 5:20 pm. Notably, this marks Prime Minister Modi's 14th visit to Madhya Pradesh within a year, during which he will hold ten public meetings and one road show within a span of nine days.

Union Minister Smriti Irani is set to visit both assembly constituencies in Umaria district on November 8th. She will address general meetings in Bandhavgarh and Manpur, and in the afternoon, she will also hold a public meeting in Birauli, Vijayraghavgarh. The BJP is actively deploying its star campaigners in Umaria district with the aim of securing both assembly seats for the party. This concerted effort is indicative of significant political developments, as the BJP seeks to regain control of the assembly seats in Umaria district.
