Bhopal captivated by spiritual festivities ahead of consecration ceremony of Lord Ram

Ahead of the consecration ceremony of Lord Ram, Bhopal, the City of Lakes in Madhya Pradesh, witnessed not only the radiant illumination of temples but also a myriad of events. Common individuals actively participated in various programes, including the recitation of Hanuman Chalisa, Ram Bhajan, and Sunderkand at different temples. Vishwas Sarang, Minister for Sports and Youth Welfare, inaugurated the Sri Ram Lala Pran-Pratishtha Jan-Jagran Yatra in Ashoka Garden.

Replica of Ram-Setu constructed

At Sheetaldas Ki Bagia (Upper Lake), the Sindhu Sena creatively constructed a replica of Ram-Setu using stone-like structures made of thermocol balls. Meanwhile, visually challenged children from the National Association for the Blinds, phase-III, Bagmugalia, presented heart-touching renditions of Ram Bhajan in Bagmugalia.

101 varieties of sweets prepared

In another initiative, 101 varieties of sweets, along with 11 quintals of laddoos, were meticulously prepared under the supervision of BJP leader Alok Sharma in Old City. These delectables are slated for distribution in Bhopal on the occasion of the Pran-Pratishtha of Lord Rama in Ayodhya. Furthermore, devotees illuminated Jain Mandir Chowraha, Panchsheel Nagar, and the second bus stop with the radiance of 11,000 diyas. Adding a festive touch, children adorned in Lord Hanuman and Lord Ram costumes pedaled bicycles, symbolizing Lord Ram's journey to Ayodhya.
