Monday is the second day of Congress leader Rahul Gandhi's 'Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra'.
On the second day this yatra reached Senapati district of Manipur. This yatra was started from Thoubal in Manipur on Monday.
This 66-day journey by bus and on foot will pass through 100 Lok Sabha parliamentary constituencies and 337 assembly constituencies of 15 states.
Earlier, Rahul Gandhi had undertaken 'Bharat Jodo Yatra' from Kanyakumari to Kashmir from September 2022 to January 2023.
Addressing the public in Thoubal on Monday, Rahul Gandhi said, “We understand the pain that Manipur has gone through. We promise to bring back the peace, love, unity that this state has always stood for.”
Rahul also said that the caste violence in Manipur is a symbol of the politics of hatred of BJP-RSS.
