Madhya Pradesh: In what context did Shivraj mention 'former CM' and 'rejected'

Even after getting a bumper victory in the Madhya Pradesh Assembly elections, BJP has not given any important responsibility to Shivraj Singh Chouhan in the politics of the state. Shivraj expresses his pain occasionally in public programmes. He participated in the 13th Indian Student Parliament program organized on the birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda and National Youth Day at MIT University, Pune on Friday.

Many analysts had predicted that BJP would lose in MP: Shivraj

Former Chief Minister said that in the assembly elections, many political analysts had said that BJP would not win in Madhya Pradesh. Congress had announced that it would make a clean sweep. I decided that I will ensure party's win at any cost, no power can stop BJP from winning. A resolution was made and work was done accordingly.

'I am addressed as a former CM, but I am not rejected'

Shivraj Singh said that when the results came, not Congress but BJP made the clean sweep. I am addressed as a former Chief Minister, but I am not rejected. Even after leaving the CM post I am getting the affection and love of the people everywhere. People call me Mama with affection, this is my real wealth. Leaving CM post does not mean that I will not do politics. My politics is not for any position, but for a bigger goal, he said.
