Ishna Aggarwal of Neer Navjeevan Project said that in the project started with the aim of rejuvenating the Bal Udyan, the lake will be preserved naturally and scientifically. Four floating wetlands and 8 biofilters consisting of 8 plants are being installed in the lake.

To improve the water quality, 2 floating aerators have also been installed. 208 kg bio culture will be planted in the next 3 months. This will automatically purify the water. The surrounding environment will remain clean and the ecological balance of the area will remain. The number of visitors to the park will increase and children will have a beautiful and clean place to play.

Expressing his gratitude, former Rajya Sabha member Raghunandan Sharma said that this is a small but very effective effort for environmental protection under the “Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam” campaign launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. These kinds of activities should be expanded for the conservation of aquatic structures.
