A diamond crown has been offered to Baba Vishwanath at the Vishwanath Temple in Kashi, Uttar Pradesh. The crown, adorned with 2,294 diamonds, is valued at over 47 lakh rupees. The donation was made by Anita from Bengaluru, associated with an organization, as confirmed by Vishwa Bhushan Mishra, CEO of the Vishwanath Temple.
Shrikant Mishra, the temple priest who conducted the puja, said that the crown not only boasts 2,294 diamonds but also incorporates over 300 grams of 18-carat gold. Additionally, the crown features an exquisite figure of Lord Shiva.
Previous Offerings
Last year, another magnificent crown was donated to the Kashi Vishwanath Temple on November 23, 2023. This crown, crafted from 400 grams of gold and encrusted with gems, was valued at over 35 lakh rupees. It was presented by Samved Sanmukh Sharma from Hyderabad.
