Madhya Pradesh first state in country to give money to girl students for sanitary napkins; CM Mohan Yadav transfers Rs 57 crore to over19 lakh girl students


Bhopal: Madhya Pradesh has become the first state in the country to give money to girl students for sanitary napkins. More than 57 crore 18 lakh rupees have been transferred to the accounts of more than 19 lakh girl students. Under the Sanitation and Hygiene Scheme, an amount of three hundred rupees was transferred per girl student for one year.


On Sunday, a dialogue and honor program for girl students was organized at Ravindra Bhavan, in which CM Dr. Mohan Yadav also participated. During this joint event of Higher Education and School Education Department, the Chief Minister transferred the amount to the accounts of the girl students. This amount has been given for the girls from class seven to twelfth.



Govt will leave no stone unturned for the welfare of daughters


Discussing the talent of the daughters of the state, Dr. Yadav said that our daughters have performed well in every field. Talented daughters have brought glory to Madhya Pradesh in the country and the world. The state government will leave no stone unturned for the welfare of the women and daughters of the state. Dr. Yadav urged the girl students to take inspiration from the great women personalities of the country. Incorporate their ideals in their lives. Referring to Indian culture, he said that our culture is recognized as the best culture in the world.



Students tied Rakhi to CM


A huge Rakhi was presented to Chief Minister Dr. Yadav by the students. After this, the students also tied Rakhi to the Chief Minister. Dr. Yadav presented gifts to the students. 



CM fetes students


The Chief Minister honored the students who led Madhya Pradesh in the Republic Day Parade New Delhi-2024 and National Service Scheme, the students who topped in various faculties in the college. Along with this, CM also honored the students who participated in the Youth Exchange Program. 


In this sequence, talented girl students who secured first place at the state level in various faculties of Class XII board examination were also honored. The Chief Minister also honored those girl students who performed best in international and national level competitions in sports activities.
