PM Modi's Rally in Doda: Blamed These Three Families for Ruining J&K, What More He Said About Stone Pelters, Kashmiri Pandits, et al?

PM Modi addressed a rally in Doda for the Jammu and Kashmir assembly elections 2024. In this rally, PM Modi not only gave Modi's guarantee to the people… but also targeted the opposition fiercely… Today in this program we will know what is Modi's guarantee…? How has he targeted the opposition.

PM Narendra Modi addressed an election rally in Doda and said - We and you will together build a safe Kashmir. This is Modi's guarantee. This time the election of Jammu and Kashmir is going to decide the fate. Since independence, our beloved Jammu and Kashmir has been on the target of foreign powers. After this, this beautiful state has started being hollowed out by dynasty politics. The political parties on which you trusted here. They did not care about your children. Those parties only promoted their own children.

Dynasty politics, three families on target

PM Modi said on one side there are three families, on the other side there are young people who have set out with dreams. One family is of Congress, one family is of National Conference NC and one family is of PDP. What these three families did to you together is no less than a sin.

Modi said all three families are responsible for ruining Jammu and Kashmir for decades. These three families encouraged corruption here. They encouraged land grabbing gangs. You were made to yearn for petty facilities. Only those who were close to these three families were recruited in government jobs.

Three families prepared the ground for terrorism

On terrorism, Modi said- In the previous governments, even the Home Minister was afraid to go to Lal Chowk. The PM said- Three families in Jammu and Kashmir prepared the ground for separatism and terrorism here. Who took advantage of this? The enemies of the country. These people were nurturing terrorism so that their business worth billions of rupees could continue.

Modi said further- Our children lost their lives because of their crimes. This Chandrabhaga valley has been a witness to the period of terrorism that lasted for years. Remember that time, when an undeclared curfew used to be imposed here as soon as the day ended. All the shops, all the works stopped. Then even the Home Minister of the Central Government was afraid of going to Lal Chowk. PM said BJP is going to build such a Jammu and Kashmir which will be terror free and a paradise for tourists.

PM took a jibe at stone pelters

PM Modi stated that the very stones that were once thrown have contributed to the transformation of today's Kashmir. He noted that terrorism is now nearing its end in the region. He highlighted the significant changes that have occurred in Jammu and Kashmir over the past decade, which he described as nothing short of a dream. The stones that were once used against law enforcement are now symbols of the new Jammu and Kashmir being built.

Modi emphasized that this progress was not solely the work of his administration but the result of the efforts of the people of Jammu and Kashmir. He also mentioned that the BJP in Jammu and Kashmir has made several commitments to continue this positive momentum.

BJP raised its voice for Kashmiri Pandits

PM said- It has been more than three decades, on this day our Kashmiri Pandit Teeka Lal Taploo was martyred by terrorists. After his murder, there has been an endless series of atrocities against Kashmiri Pandits. BJP raised voice for Kashmiri Pandits, supported them. Work has been done to create Taplu scheme for the return and rehabilitation of Kashmiri Hindus.

PM Narendra Modi appealed for votes for BJP candidates of 8 assembly seats of three districts of Chenab valley, Doda, Kishtwar and Ramban. Voting will be held on 24 seats including these 8 seats in the first phase of elections on 18 September. This Doda rally of PM Modi is the first visit of any Prime Minister in 42 years. Earlier, Indira Gandhi had gone to Doda in 1982. PM Modi had gone to Kishtwar in the 2014 assembly elections. It is about 58 km from Doda.

It's time to vote after 10 years

Assembly elections are going to be held in Jammu and Kashmir after 10 years. This is the first assembly election after the removal of Article 370 in 2019. There are 90 seats in Jammu and Kashmir Assembly. Out of which 7 are reserved for SC and 9 for ST. Voting will be held in three phases for 90 seats. Voting will be held in the first phase on September 18, in the second phase on September 25 and in the third phase on October 1. While the results will be declared on October 8.
