Bhopal Management Association hosts Insightful Talk on Leadership Assessment and Social Leadership by Dr. Pankaj Shukla


Bhopal: The Bhopal Management Association (BMA) successfully organized an enlightening session on "Leadership Assessment and Social Leadership," featuring Dr. Pankaj Shukla, President of the Association for Sustainable Rural Empowerment (ASRE) and CMD of Gramya. The event, held at Mayur Hotel, ISBT Bhopal, brought together a diverse audience of professionals, entrepreneurs, and students eager to deepen their understanding of effective leadership practices.


Dr. Shukla embodies a beacon of hope and progress in rural development, reflecting a deep commitment to transforming India's rural landscape. His vision, "Samruddha Gram Samruddha Bharat" (Prosperous Villages for a Prosperous India), underscores his belief that national prosperity is intrinsically linked to the advancement of rural areas. He strives to bridge the rural-urban divide through sustainable growth and inclusive development, aligning seamlessly with the goals of Viksit Bharat 2047. 


Dr. Pankaj Shukla captivated the audience with his engaging presentation, exploring the intricacies of leadership assessment and the pivotal role of social leadership. He discussed the dimensions of effective leadership, underscoring the need for self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and adaptability. Heshared practical frameworks for assessing individual leadership styles, enabling attendees to identify their strengths and areas for improvement.
