Slogans of 'Jawab do Kumbh' kept echoing in the Lok Sabha, while opposition MPs came to the well and started protesting.

Failure of 'Make in India' has emboldened China: Rahul
Rahul pointed out discrepancies between statements made by the Army regarding China and those made by the Prime Minister, asserting that the failure of 'Make in India' has emboldened China to assert itself against India, as their industries continue to strengthen.
As Rahul Gandhi made these remarks, Union Minister Kiren Rijiju interjected, suggesting that serious issues should not be taken lightly.
Rahul further addressed the issue of caste census, stating that 50 percent of the population belongs to backward classes, yet they lack representation in major corporate and media sectors. He emphasized the necessity of conducting a caste census to rectify this imbalance.
In a moment directed towards PM Modi, Gandhi remarked that the Prime Minister was not looking at him. Rijiju responded by advising Gandhi to focus on his responsibilities, to which Speaker Om Birla said that while the PM may not be looking, he was indeed listening.
Addition of new voters in Maharashtra
Rahul Gandhi also raised concerns regarding the addition of new voters in Maharashtra, claiming that more voters were registered in just five months following the Lok Sabha elections compared to the previous five years. He cited a specific instance in Shirdi where seven thousand new voters were recorded in a single building. When BJP MPs reacted, Gandhi clarified that he was not making allegations but highlighting a potential issue.
