Rekha emphasized accountability for the previous government, stating, "The previous corrupt government will have to give account of every rupee of the public."

Speaking to media, Rekha Gupta acknowledged the big responsibility entrusted to her and thanked the leadership for their confidence in her, a woman from a modest background. She pledged to fulfill her duties with dedication and integrity.

Rekha Gupta outlined her priorities, stating that her first goal is to deliver on all promises made by her party, and her second is to ensure that all 48 MLAs operate as a cohesive team under the Modi leadership.
