Pahalgam Attack: Now in this city of Gujarat, police has initiated a campaign against illegal Bangladeshis


Pahalgam Attack:  The campaign to detain alleged Bangladeshi citizens in Gujarat is going on. Vadodara Police Commissioner Narsingh Komar said, "A special drive is being run to identify illegal Bangladeshi migrants. In this regard, we have caught more than 500 people and verified their documents. During this, it has come to light that five of these people have been confirmed to be Bangladeshi citizens." He has told that the investigation of the case is going on.


DG office has asked to find and deport all the illegal migrants 


At the same time, Rajkot DCP Crime Partharaj Singh Gohil said that the DG office has asked to find and deport all the illegal migrants living in Gujarat and especially those who have come from Bangladesh.


He told that 'We have been running a checking campaign since night regarding this. During this period, we checked 800 people and found 10 illegal immigrants among them. They will be deported in the coming days after completing the entire process through the Home Department and the Home Ministry.


Earlier, on Friday, Union Home Minister Amit Shah directed the Chief Ministers of all the states to identify Pakistani citizens living in their states and take appropriate action to send them back.


After this, on Saturday morning, the local police in Ahmedabad and Surat, Gujarat detained more than 500 people, including alleged Bangladeshis and other foreign nationals. These people had allegedly come to India illegally.


The whole country is in mourning since the death of 26 people in the extremist attack on 22 April in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir. Three of the people killed in this attack were from Gujarat.
