Aam Aadmi Party has accused BJP of stopping schemes running in Delhi for 10 years. Talking to reporters on Thursday, former Chief Minister of Delhi and Leader of Opposition in Delhi Assembly Atishi said that today Aam Aadmi Party is releasing the report card of failures of BJP in 100 days. We will take this report card to every house of Delhiites.
Aatishi said, "For 10 years, Arvind Kejriwal provided electricity in Delhi for 24 hours without power cuts. But in the last 100 days, the system of providing uninterrupted electricity has come to a halt and long power cuts are happening continuously in different parts of Delhi."
The former Chief Minister claimed that since the day the BJP government came to power, private schools have increased their fees by 40% to 80% in an unbridled manner.
'Water crisis everywhere in Delhi'
She said, "Today, there is a water crisis everywhere in Delhi. Water supply has stopped in those areas where water was coming continuously."
"Today, dirty sewer water is coming out of the taps in many places in Delhi, not only water but the air is also dirty. For the first time in the history of Delhi, the pollution level i.e. AQI has crossed 500 in summer."
Aatishi has also accused the BJP of stopping the public welfare schemes running in Delhi.
She said, "The two biggest promises of their (BJP) were to deposit Rs 2500 in the accounts of all women by March and to give cylinders worth Rs 500 on Holi-Diwali, those promises have also not been fulfilled. In the 100 days of tenure, the BJP has failed in every aspect."
