Technology is constantly creating new dimensions in the world, and the day may not be far off when your car will be able to fly directly from the road into the air. Slovakia's emerging technology startup Klein Vision has introduced a production ready prototype of its first flying car AirCar, which is planned to be launched in the market by next year.
Flying car has successfully completed 170 hours of flight
Klein Vision has been working on this project for the last 30 years. According to the company, before production, this flying car has successfully completed 170 hours of flight and more than 500 takeoff and landing tests. It has also received a flying certificate in 2022.
Flying car will be a convertible vehicle
This flying car is a convertible vehicle, which can be driven on the road like a normal car. If needed, it converts into a flying aircraft under an automatic process within just 2 minutes.
Can fly up to 1000 km at a time
According to Klein Vision, the price of this AirCar will be between 8 to 10 lakh dollars (about 6.78 crores to 8.47 crores rupees). Its speed on the road will be 200 km / h and in the air it will be 250 km / h. Also, it has the ability to fly up to 1000 km at a time, while in car mode its range will be up to 800 km.
Ready for takeoff
AirCar has a powerful motor of 280 HP. In car mode, its size is 5.8 meters long, 2 meters wide and 1.8 meters high. At the same time, in flying mode, its length increases to 7 meters and width to 8.2 meters. Its wings come out automatically as soon as the button is pressed, making it ready for takeoff.
Land, air and now water
The company is preparing to introduce not only a two-seater version, but also a 4-seater, twin engine, and amphibious version (which can also run on water) in the future.
One step closer to changing the way the world moves
AirCar designer Stefan Klein says, "With the launch of our new AirCar prototype, we are one step closer to changing the way the world moves. We are going to combine road and sky in a new dimension of personal mobility."
