Israel-Iran War: Donald Trump hinted at a change of regime in Iran, what did he say?

Israel-Iran War: US President Donald Trump commented on the change of power in Iran on Monday.

Trump wrote on his Truth Social, "It is not considered politically correct to say change of power, but if the current Iranian government is not able to make Iran great again, then why should there not be a change of power? Make Iran Great Again."

However, in a press briefing on Sunday, US Defense Minister Pete Hegseth had said that the attack on Iran's nuclear bases was not for change of power.

He had said, "This mission was not for change of power and neither is there any such objective now."

Apart from this, US Vice President JD Vance had told media on Sunday, "First of all, we do not want change of power. We want to end Iran's nuclear program."

On Sunday, the US attacked three Iranian nuclear sites - Fordo, Natanz and Isfahan.

After this, Iranian officials confirmed that these nuclear sites were targeted. However, they rejected the claim that any major damage was caused by this.

US has caused heavy damage: Trump

On the other hand, Donald Trump has said in a post on Truth Social that the US has caused heavy damage by attacking all of Iran's nuclear sites.

He wrote that 'complete destruction' describes this attack correctly.

Trump wrote, "Satellite images show that all of Iran's nuclear sites have suffered huge damage. It would be absolutely correct to call it 'complete destruction'."

"The white structure that is visible is built deep inside the rocks, whose roof is also below the ground and it is completely safe from fire. But the real and biggest damage has happened much below the ground. Right on the target."

Trump had warned Iran on Sunday after the US attack on three nuclear sites of Iran.

He had said, "Either there will be peace now or a tragedy will come for Iran which will be much bigger than the events seen in the last eight days."
