BHOPAL: Rahul Gandhi is going to visit Bhopal on June 3 with the aim of giving a new direction to the Congress in Madhya Pradesh and re-strengthening the organization. After about a decade, he will reach the state Congress office, where he will meet senior leaders, MLAs and workers.
During this, 'Sangthan Srujan Abhiyan' will also be started, so that the party can be re-activated at the grassroots level. Special security arrangements have been made for his visit and the political activities of the Congress in Bhopal are going to be at their peak during the entire program.
Security will be very tight during Rahul Gandhi's visit. About 1500 policemen will be deployed at all the event venues including the State Congress Office and Ravindra Bhavan. Apart from this, the venues have already been inspected and monitored.
There is an atmosphere of enthusiasm among Congress workers about Rahul's visit, and the party is fully prepared to convert this occasion into organizational strength.

Rahul Gandhi will hold many important meetings. At 11 am, he will hold a meeting on political matters with the state leaders at the Congress office, in which the current situation of the state and the party's strategy will be discussed.
At 12 noon, he will interact with MPs and MLAs. After this, there will be a meeting of party observers and newly appointed in-charges at 12:30 pm. The last session of the tour will be held at Ravindra Bhawan at 2:30 pm in the form of a convention of district and block presidents, in which the direction of strengthening the organization will be decided.
Tight security
The security arrangements for this visit of Rahul Gandhi are unprecedented. More than 1500 policemen will be deployed for his program. On Monday, a final review of security was done at the venue and surrounding areas. There will be police surveillance at every step so that nothing untoward happens. From the Congress office to Ravindra Bhawan, the entire security system has been beefed up so that the tour can be made totally peaceful and successful.
