The BJP’s training camp in Pachmarhi that concluded on June 16 has emphasized a clear message: strengthen the organization, prioritize good governance, and uphold discipline.
An important message emerges from this training camp. While on the one hand the path of strengthening the organization and good governance is being paved, the controversial statements made by some leaders become a matter of concern. The unexpected and unacceptable statements of leaders like Vijay Shah not only tarnish the image of the party but also give a wrong message to the public. It is necessary to immediately rein in such leaders. The top leadership should deal strictly in such cases so that the dignity of the party is maintained and an example of disciplined conduct can be set.
Workers should patiently listen to the problems of the people
Similarly, district level workers also need to remain in control. Enthusiasm is a good thing, but breaking the discipline of the organization due to over-enthusiasm or personal ambitions is unacceptable. To successfully implement the public welfare policies being run under the leadership of Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, it is very important for the workers at the district level to remain restrained and disciplined. They should patiently listen to the problems of the people at the local level and cooperate with the government in solving them.
A clear direction for BJP workers
The Pachmarhi camp has set a clear direction for BJP workers. It is a resolution to strengthen the organization, give priority to good governance and exercise restraint on the public platform. It is hoped that with the energy and guidance received from this camp, BJP will emerge even stronger in Madhya Pradesh and live up to the expectations of the people.
BJP workers are being taught how to improve their performance, build a more effective public image, strengthen the party by connecting with various sections of society, and use social media to reach the masses. Earlier, the inaugural session was addressed by Union Home Minister Amit Shah. He advised that elected representatives should exercise caution while making comments. Union Minister C R Patil gave tips on time management.
