Bhopal's fitness instructor Himani Singh has won the title of Mrs. India Empress of the Nation 2025. She told that now her dream is to win the international title. She will also prepare for it. This competition was held in Pune on 29 June.
Dreams have no age
Giving a message to all the women, she said: Dreams have no age. You can fulfill your dreams even with family responsibilities. You only need passion and confidence.
Himani said that during the preparation of the competition, she had to go through many grooming sessions, which gave her confidence and she performed better on stage. There were 53 participants in the competition and they were divided into different categories on the basis of age, in which Himani won in the Gold category.
Question-answer round is the most challenging
She told that in the pageant, not only beauty, but aspects like confidence, presence on stage, communication style and behavior with competitors are also given weightage. The question-answer round is the most challenging, in which the thinking ability of the participants and their presentation on the stage are tested. There is no cash prize in this competition, but many gifts and brand collaboration opportunities are provided by the sponsors.
Husband, in-laws and family members always encouraged her
Himani Singh is a licensed Zumba trainer and fitness coach who trains people in fitness through online classes. Her achievement started with winning the title of Mrs. Madhya Pradesh in the year 2024, she says that in this journey of hers, her husband Shivendra Singh (who is a civil contractor), her son, parents, in-laws and family always encouraged her. Apart from this, she also got constant guidance from her mentors - Anjana Mascarenas, Karl Mascarenas, Farah Anwar, Danish Sir and Manisha Anand.
