Bihar Assembly elections-2025: Tejashwi Yadav to block roads with Rahul Gandhi on 9 July; what is the issue?
Politics is heating up from Delhi to Patna regarding the Bihar Assembly elections-2025. A series of sharp statements has already begun. Meanwhile, the Election Commission has come under fire from opposition parties over the issue of the special voter list revision.
Tejashwi Yadav has given sleepless nights to BJP and JDU with a statement. He said that he is going to hit the streets with Rahul Gandhi and block the roads in Bihar. He said that he will do this for the rights of the poor.
RJD leader and former Deputy CM of Bihar Tejashwi Yadav said in a conversation with the media that on the 9th, Rahul Gandhi and I both will block the roads together. The efforts being made to undermine the voting rights of the poor in Bihar are unacceptable. We will block the roads to demand their rights and will fully support the trade unions in this endeavor.
Left parties will also paricipate in blockade
Apart from Congress and RJD, the left parties included in the Mahagathbandhan will also be involved in this blockade. With RJD, Congress and Left joining this protest, Bihar is likely to come to a standstill. Because these three parties have a huge support base in Bihar. In such a situation, the Election Commission will have to change the rules of voter list revision before 9 July.
