Men's U-9 Youth ODI Series: Vaibhav Suryavanshi sets a new record in England


India's Vaibhav Suryavanshi has made a new record in the Men's Under 19 Youth ODI International Series being played in Worcester, England.

14-year-old Vaibhav Suryavanshi has scored the fastest century ever in Under 19 and Youth ODI. Vaibhav scored 100 runs in just 52 balls.

In the fourth match of this five-match series, Vaibhav scored 143 runs in 78 balls, which includes 13 fours and 10 sixes.

The Indian team has scored 363 runs in this match by losing 9 wickets. In this way, England has a target of 364 runs. India's Under-19 team is currently leading 2-1 in this series.

With this brilliant innings, Vaibhav Suryavanshi broke the previous record held by Pakistan’s Kamran Ghulam, who had scored a century in 53 balls the fastest in Under-19 ODIs until now. Vaibhav reached his hundred in the 19th over of India’s innings.

Vaibhav Suryavanshi has been in sensational form on the England tour, with runs flowing freely from his bat. In the previous match, he reached his half-century in just 20 balls.

Vaibhav Suryavanshi was part of the Rajasthan Royals squad in IPL 2025, where he delivered a stunning performance against the Gujarat Titans by scoring a century in just 35 balls. This blistering knock became the fastest century ever by an Indian batsman in IPL history.
