What Significant Contribution Madhya Pradesh Made in Construction of Shri Ram Temple, CM Mohan Yadav Expressed His Happiness

Madhya Pradesh has played a significant role in the construction of the Shri Ram Temple at Ayodhya. This contribution has now become a part of history. The information was shared by Sanjeev Kumar Singh, Managing Director of Hindustan Copper Limited during the recently held Mining Conclave. He informed that copper extracted from Madhya Pradesh’s mines was used in the temple’s construction.

Hindustan Copper Limited Chairman Singh said that copper is an eternal metal, with a long and ancient history of use in India. He added that the company had donated 32 tonnes of copper for the construction of the Shri Ram Temple.

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav also expressed his happiness in his address at the Conclave on this fact and praised Hindustan Copper Limited. He said that copper has always been closely associated with human life—an association even greater than that with gold and silver.

Hindustan Copper Limited supplied 70,000 copper strips and 775 copper wire rods to bind the stones used in the temple’s construction. The metal supplied by the company is 99 percent pure and of the electro-refined category—the purest form of copper. It will serve effectively in binding the stones together for thousands of years.
