Bihar Assembly Election-2025: NDA means good governance, PM Modi said in Bihar, what did he say about Nitish Kumar?

Bihar Assembly Election-2025: Prime Minister Narendra Modi has claimed a big victory for the NDA during his election campaign in Bihar. Significantly, he mentioned Nitish Kumar's leadership.

PM Modi said, "NDA means good governance, NDA means service to the people, NDA means guaranteed development. Seeing your enthusiasm, I can say that this time, under Nitish Kumar's leadership, the NDA is going to break all previous records by winning in Bihar."

PM Modi said, "The people of Maharashtra voted our government to power with a bigger majority than ever before. The people of Haryana gave the BJP more seats than ever for a third consecutive term. The BJP has been running the government in Madhya Pradesh for many years... We have seen the same in Gujarat and Uttarakhand..."

He alleged that Bihar was freed from 'jungle raj' in October 2005 after the NDA government was formed.

At that time, Bihar was under the RJD government, which was overthrown by Nitish Kumar, who became the Chief Minister of the state with the support of the BJP.

Addressing an election rally in Samastipur, PM Modi alleged that after Nitish Kumar became Chief Minister, the Congress-RJD coalition government at the Centre created numerous problems for him.

He said, "The RJD was taking revenge on the people of Bihar for voting for Nitish Kumar. It threatened the Congress that if it promised to meet any of the demands of the NDA-BJP or Nitish Kumar, it would withdraw support from the Central government."
