Bhopal's bullion market is also fully prepared to welcome customers on Dhanteras. Sales of gold and silver jewelry, coins, and puja materials have surged. Many jewelers have taken pre-bookings from customers for special offers and delivery at auspicious times. The enthusiasm being seen in Bhopal's markets this Dhanteras is not just a celebration of festive shopping, but also a positive sign for the economy.
Real estate also booming
Real estate is also booming, with bookings expected to reach Rs 150 crore. Manoj Meek, president of CREDAI Bhopal, explained that the peak season for real estate is from Rakhi to Makar Sankranti. According to the Bhopal Automobile Association, sales are expected to increase by about 20% this Dhanteras compared to last year. The auto sector alone is expected to generate business worth approximately Rs 900 crore. Demand for everything from two-wheelers to high-end luxury cars has increased significantly.
