Special event to be held in Gwalior on anniversary of Atal Ji; Amit Shah to launch development projects
Madhya Pradesh CM Mohan Yadav stated that a special event is being organised in Gwalior on the occasion of the 101st birth anniversary of former Prime Minister Bharat Ratna late Atal Bihari Vajpayee ji. He said that, in order to meaningfully celebrate late Atal ji’s birth anniversary, several events focused on the welfare of the poor, farmers, youth and women will be held on 25 December.
On this occasion, development projects worth over Rs 2 lakh crore related to the growth and expansion of industrial and commercial activities in the state will be inaugurated and foundation stones will be laid.
CM Dr. Mohan Yadav said that PM Narendra Modi has gifted Madhya Pradesh numerous projects to connect it with the mainstream of development, and that it is a matter of happiness and pride for the state that Union Home Minister Amit Shah will attend the event in Gwalior. This event will advance the resolve of the state government. Shah will also extend multiple benefits to beneficiaries of various schemes, unemployed youth and investors. CM Dr. Yadav welcomed Amit Shah on his Madhya Pradesh visit.
Bumper investment and more jobs in the Year of Industry and Employment
The Chief Minister stated that the state government has declared 2025 as the ‘Year of Industry and Employment’. Under this, business summits have been organised in various districts of the state and in India & abroad to motivate and invite industrialists to invest in Madhya Pradesh.
As a result of the government’s efforts, numerous employment opportunities have been created for youth. The state government is providing every possible support to all types of industries and businesses. He said that in this Year of Industry and Employment, work has begun to translate industrial development projects worth approximately Rs 8.5 lakh crore into reality. It is encouraging that industrial development works worth Rs 6.5 lakh crore are already nearing completion, and several units among these have started production.
