Celebrities join in celebrating Republic Day-2026 with patriotic wishes
As the nation celebrated the 77th Republic Day-2026, stars from the film and entertainment industry joined in celebrating the spirit of patriotism. Several celebrities took to social media to share messages of pride, gratitude and national unity.
Actor Hrithik Roshan extended his wishes on X, writing, “Heartfelt Republic Day wishes to all of you. Jai Hind.”
Varun Dhawan shared a glimpse of his character from the upcoming film Border 2 along with a Republic Day message on Instagram.
Sunny Deol, who plays the lead in ‘Border 2’, wrote, “Apni aan, maan, aur shaan se upar Hindustan ko rakhte hain ye mitti ke bete! Wishing you all a very Happy Republic Day.”
In a cute gesture, actress Alia Bhatt shared a picture of the national flag made by her daughter Raha and extended Republic Day wishes, which was widely appreciated by her fans.
